What payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for all our payments. You can pay with or without a PayPal account if you select credit or debit card in the checkout you will be asked to fill in card details. If you have a PayPal account you can select this option at the checkout and you will be asked to log into your acount.

How are your orders shipped?
We ship your orders in the UK only using Royal Mail, you can choose either 1st class (1-2 days) or 2nd class (2-3 days).

How are our products packaged?
We recycle any packaging we receive our deliveries in to send out your order. We do this for a few reasons
- it means we can send out your products in a box the perfect size for them
- it reduces the need for fillers such as packing peanuts or more paper
- we’re not throwing away boxes that we receive when ordering anything online.
This might mean your order will be packaged in a cut-up Amazon box, or something similar. We also use kraft paper tape to seal all of our orders rather than plastic sellotape.
