Who Are We

We are our own small little family unit consisting of Conor, Menna, Kyzza (the dog) and Lynne our renovated VWT5 van. We've been on our own Zero Waste and Sustainable journey for around 2 years, and are working on integrating these practices into our everyday life. Lockdown has given us both time to reflect and think about what we want from life and how we want to live it. This is why we decided to start Our Van Lynne. The idea of running our own business has always appealed to us and it's the perfect space to share our passion for Van Life and Sustainable living. We've got so much more to learn on this exciting journey and we want to share it with you.

Our Products

We are committed to bringing you the products that are not only zero-waste and reusable but that are also packaged and delivered in an eco-friendly way. Our goal is to find products as locally from within the UK where ever we can to reduce the carbon footprint.
 Following this idea, we shall be sending out all our orders in boxes and packages that we have made up ourselves from recycled cardboard we have received deliveries in. So you may end up with a box made up of a cut-up Amazon box, but we want to use everything we can where we can. We believe pairing this recycled cardboard with kraft paper tape is the most environmentally way of sending our products.

Creatives

We are both creative people.

So, to bring you some entertainment, and maybe some education, we have a monthly podcast and weekly videos, ranging from Vlogs to Van Tour Review Videos.

Environmental Impact

We are conscious of the footprint we leave behind on the earth. Both in our personal lives and within our business. We are reducing our plastic waste in our home and being more conscientious about where and what we buy. Menna enjoys sewing and creating so where things can be made she tries to make them, rather than buying new things. We both like to repurpose things where we can. This is something that we are bringing into our business.  
All the products we sell on the online store, are not only zero-waste themselves, but they have all been delivered in recyclable packaging. We contact companies to make sure their packaging fits with our ethos, and if not we ask for a change. We are constantly looking to expand our product range but we only want to bring you the best quality eco friendly products we can.
